Turner Art Supplies's exchange procedure
In addition to our refund policy, Turner Art Supplies also offer a fantastic exchange policy if you wish to swap a product for another one. If you would like to exchange a product from Turner Art Supplies you must:
Send the product back to us with 28 days
State clearly which product you would like to exchange it for
Get in touch with Turner Art Supplies if you owe them some money for the exchange item
If the exchange item is less expensive than the original item Turner Art Supplies will automatically pay you the difference back
When you post an item back for exchange it would be really helpful if you could specify the reason you'd like an exchange e.g. incorrect colour, wrong size etc. This tiny piece of info helps us to improve our customer services and provide a better shopping experience for you in the future. Refund policy
To be eligible for a complete refund you need to meet the criteria advertised on the site. If you post the product back to us within 30 days of delivery in excellent condition and with its original packaging (if possible), Turner Art Supplies are delighted to guarantee you a full discount - from the date the goods reach our head office you will be credited with a refund for the full amount within 14 days (see the Terms and Conditions page for more info). If the money is not paid into your bank within 14 days please get in touch with the customer services team as soon as possible. ***Please note Turner Art Supplies advises against using couriers. To protect yourself as a consumer we strongly recommend asking for proof of postage - this can be used to track the product if it gets lost in the post. What affects my return rights?
The Turner Art Supplies team at 100% happy to offer a complete refund service to any of our customers who are not completely happy with their new items, however in order to qualify for one of our refunds you must:
Return the unused items in perfect condition
Try to return the product in the original packaging
Return the items to us within the 28 day grace period
If you meet all the points above Turner Art Supplies are delighted to offer all customers a refund, however if your goods return to us late or damaged Turner Art Supplies has the right to offer a partial refund or in some extreme cases no refund at all.
